Our laboratory prepares samples of analysed materials, sample distribution and analysis. Our professionals take specific actions prepare the samples for subsequent analysis. The main goal of sample preparation is to prepare the material for a specific type of analysis. Sample preparation yields more accurate results and reduces analysis errors. Samples are correctly distributed using only specialised material specifically developed for this purpose by laboratory appliance manufacturers.

During the sample preparation process, the sample is split into 2 parts (for supplier and for arbitration). The supplier has access to the normative documentation of the company, and can participate in the acceptance of his materials and selection of samples, and collect a sample for its own chemical analysis in an accredited laboratory. During the adjustment of sample analysis results, certificates of chemical analysis are sent via email. If the difference between the results of analysis is within the margins allowed according to methodologies applied in laboratories, our laboratory determines the final result. In other cases, the analysis of the arbitration sample is conducted. The result of arbitral sample analysis is final.

Sample analysis in our company is performed by applying the X-ray fluorescence method which is based on the collection of spectrum and subsequent analysis, while exposing the test material to X-rays. Thanks to the specifically modified analytical analysis equipment of ground ceramic catalysts we obtain exceptionally accurate and correct results.
